Pharrell Williams and Mark McNairy – Bee Line for Billionaire Boys Club

The August issue of GQ magazine in the US played host to a conversation between two of the hottest names in the industry at the moment, the multi-talented Pharrell Williams and the brilliant Mark McNairy, as they spoke about their collaboration on new label ‘Bee Line for Billionaire Boys Club‘. The guys preview some of the pieces from their collection and talk more about their relationship, McNairy on the origin of the partnership: “I always liked what Pharrell did with Billionaire Boys  Club — it’s like preppy streetwear. We started by collaborating on one shoe. We talked about doing  clothes, and eventually it evolved into a full made-in-the-U.S.A. collection.” Pharrell on McNasty:  “He’s very quirky and a quiet guy, but also funny as hell. Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse – Fall 2012 – New Colourways

So it’s no secret how popular the recent launch of the Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse in Infared has been, with stores selling out of stock within days of their arrival, but, for Fall 2012, the seamless upper sneaker will be available in three new colourways. Nike have found the perfect balance, with each sneaker featuring a clean, block colour upper, then a flash of one brightly coloured accent. Adidas Originals x Church’s – Consortium Fall/Winter 2012

Adidas Originals are paying tribute to the London 2012 Summer Games by re-releasing the archival model from the brands legendary City Series back in the 1970’s, although this re-vamp is slightly more exciting, due to Adidas Originals teaming up with luxury English footwear specialists Church’s. Staying under the ‘Consortium‘ label, the shoes will be comprised of Church’s high quality materials and construction to heighten the appeal of this heritage trainer. With obvious influences coming in the forms of a premium suede base, brogue inspired perforated leather three-stripes, Church’s and adidas Originals leather logo patch on the tongue, and embroidered Union Jack inset on the heel tab.
