Wretch 32 Shares His Excitement over Working with Cheryl

If you thought Wretch 32 took some persuading to collaborate with Cheryl then think again…

The Don’t Go rapper has revealed that as soon as he heard the pop star’s new track Screw You he couldn’t wait to feature on it and even has hopes of it becoming a single. In a recent interview with Digital Spy Wretch revealed:

I was excited to hear the record as I wanted to know what it was going to sound like. When I heard it, I was like, ‘Yeah man, this is sick, I’m in’.
And it looks like the fans were just as excited about the unlikely duo with Wretch adding:

The reaction I got from Twitter and fans is that they’re really excited about it and it’s a collaboration they didn’t expect to happen, but it works in the maddest way. It’s cool, it’s edgy and it’s her and it’s me, doing what we do.

As if his collaboration with Cheryl wasn’t surprising enough, Wretch also admits that he would love to work with Leona Lewis after the pair performed their version of Diddy Dirty Money’s Coming Home at Hackney Weekend.

We’d love to hear what Wretch and Leona come up with in the studio. Something tells us it just might work.
